Bill’s expertise and knowledge is built on a foundation of over 20 years of learning from both failures and successes. Bill is an entrepreneur at heart and founded his first company at the age of 21, selling leads to mortgage brokers from a call center in Melbourne, Australia.
Having established three companies before the age of 26, Bill founded Nyko Property right before the 2008 financial crisis. After many trials and tribulations, including two model pivots, Bill eventually sold the firm to ASX Listed property platform iBuyNew Group Limited in 2016.
Bill was promoted to Group CEO of iBuyNew Group in 2018 and later Executive Director, taking the company through a change management process that culminated in the successful RTO by Tombador Iron and a 500% increase in the share price at its peak.
Bill was then appointed COO and CRO at ASX Listed SaaS company PropTech Group. In the 2022 financial year, Bill and his team increased cash receipts by 136% YoY to over $21m. In Bill’s time with the company, PropTech Group’s market capitalisation increased by almost 300% to $100m at its peak.
